Home made pork terrine with toasts & red onion marmalade
Tomato & red pepper soup, basil cream
Smoked salmon “cheesecakes”
Rolls & butter

 

To Follow:
Traditional roast turkey with all the trimmings
Vegetarian nut roast with cranberry wine gravy
Leek and potato “soup” topped with smoked haddock
A selection of vegetables

 

To Finish:
Individual Christmas pudding with cream or custard
Gluten free caramel apple pie, salted caramel ice cream
Fruit & berry salad, with cream
