“ ….everyone enjoyed the occasion, and .. all enjoyed the fare, but the real success lay not in St George and his day, but in your quiet efficiency and hospitality. You put everyone at ease, polyfilled the cracks in my organizing and  subtly moved the occasion on. So, both on my own behalf and speaking for all the other guests, thank you again.
